Professional operation guide
Direct restoration (composite resin filling)
- Acid Etching Selection：
- Total etch: enamel + dentin coating Phosphoric acid etchant(such as DashP-Etch)
- Selective Etching: Enamel etching only (skip this step for Self-Etch mode)
- Applying adhesive：
→ Apply DashBond with a micro brush and rub repeatedly 10-15 seconds
→ Blow dry gently for 5 seconds(Until the surface has no flowing gloss) - Light curing：
→ Light curing machine irradiation 10 seconds - Resin filling: Composite resin restoration immediately
Indirect restoration (zirconia crown bonding)
- Restoration preparation：
→ If you don't sandblast, 50μm aluminum oxide sandblasting
→ Try it on and use it DashClean Cleaner Process for 20 seconds (to remove saliva contamination) - Intra-crown treatment：
→ Apply DashBond → Blow dry for 5 seconds (Do not expose to sunlight） - Tooth treatment：
→ Enamel etching (if necessary) → Apply DashBond → Blow dry for 5 seconds → 10 seconds of light exposure - Cement bonding: Use resin cement to complete the bonding
Clinical Notes
⚠️ Zirconia Bonding Key：
- No hydrofluoric acid etching (no glass component)
- Silane coupling agent is prohibited (ineffective)
- Sandblasting + DashClean decontamination is required
