Product Overview
Silane pretreatment agent
A single-component professional dental silane pretreatment agent, specially designed to enhance the bonding strength of "indirect restorations". It is suitable for surface pretreatment of various restorations such as ceramics, lithium disilicate, leucite, metal ceramics (PFM), resin composites, fiber posts, etc., and significantly improves the bonding performance between restorations and resin cements.
Three core advantages
- Excellent durability
→ After opening26 monthsIt still maintains high shear bonding strength (as shown in the chart), and its performance stability exceeds that of similar products (Brand A/B only 18 months). - Highly effective bonding
→ Lithium disilicate restorations treated with DashSilane have a bonding strength of28.3 MPa(Compared with the untreated group which was only 5-10 MPa), it meets the needs of high-precision restorations such as veneers and inlays. - Easy to operate
→ Single component formula, no mixing required, silanization reaction is completed with a thin layer (solvent evaporates within 60 seconds).
Professional User Guide
- Surface preparation
- Clean the bonding surface of the restoration → Blow dry with oil-free air
- Treat with a hydrofluoric acid etchant such as DashEtch 20-60 seconds(Adjust time according to material) → Rinse thoroughly
- Silane coating
- Uniform coatingVery thin layerDashSilane → Gentle Blow Dry → Let it Stand and React 60 seconds
- ✅ Key tips: After coating, the surface will be "wet and reflective", which should disappear within 30-60 seconds (solvent evaporates), so avoid excessive coating!
- Bonding curing
- Follow the instructions for resin cement to bond.
Clinical application instructions
- ⚠️ Coating amount control:Excessive silane will reduce the bonding strength, so be sure to follow the "thin layer" principle.
- 🔬 Effect verification: After the solvent evaporates, the surface of the restoration should return to a matte state with no liquid residue.
- 📦 Storage recommendations: Store in a cool, dark place. The shelf life is 26 months after opening (data support).
